Free materials are for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not sell, copy, post, teach from, record, or redistribute them without written permission. Do not record a live session or share another participant's identity, story, medical information, image, voice, question, or chat content.
4. Registration information and emails
We use the information you provide to manage registration, deliver the resource, send webinar reminders, protect the service, and keep records of your consent. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices. Marketing tips are optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time. Necessary registration or delivery messages may still be sent.
5. Access and responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old. We may change, postpone, cancel, or limit a free offering and may remove someone who disrupts the session, threatens safety, misuses materials, or violates these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anastasiya's Method is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a free offering. Total liability for a free offering will not exceed 100 United States dollars. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit a limitation.
6. Acceptance and contact
Checking the acceptance box, registering, attending, downloading, or using a free resource confirms your acceptance of these terms. Michigan law governs these terms unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
