How Anastasiya's Method collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information.

1. Scope and Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Anastasiya's Method LLC. It applies to anastasiyasmethod.com, registration forms, webinars, courses, workbooks, couple questionnaires and roadmaps, email communications, optional community groups, purchases, and related services that link to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect contact and registration information, including name, email, partner name, registration type, due month, time zone, course selection, and registration source. When voluntarily provided, we may collect pregnancy or postpartum timing, birth preparation questions, support and comfort preferences, concerns, communication patterns, emotional signals, task preferences, and answers used to create a shared couple roadmap. We also receive limited purchase information from payment processors and technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, referring page, dates, times, security events, and cookie or similar identifiers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to register participants, confirm purchases, deliver webinars and course materials, create requested couple roadmaps, personalize educational content, provide support, maintain access, send transactional messages, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Marketing and Communication Choices
We send newsletters, educational tips, promotions, or launch announcements when a person requests them or when otherwise permitted by law. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages about an active purchase or registration.
5. Sensitive Pregnancy, Health, and Relationship Information
Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, emotional, and relationship information is used only to provide or improve the requested education, support, questionnaire, or roadmap, communicate with the user, protect safety, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. The website and course are educational services, not a patient portal, medical record system, or emergency channel. Information submitted through these services may not be protected by HIPAA.
6. How Couple Roadmaps Work
When two partners use linked questionnaires, we combine or compare their responses to produce a shared educational roadmap. Each partner should assume that the other partner may see shared conclusions and language derived from both sets of answers. The roadmap is educational and does not diagnose a condition, determine eligibility, make a medical decision, or replace professional counseling or care.
7. When We Disclose Information
We disclose information to service providers that help with hosting, databases, security, payments, email, file delivery, video meetings, support, analytics, and course technology. Current or expected providers may include Stripe, MailerLite, and website infrastructure providers. Joining an optional WhatsApp group discloses the member's phone number, profile details, and messages to other members and subjects that information to WhatsApp and Meta's practices. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary, as part of a business transfer, or when the individual directs us or gives valid consent.
8. No Sale and No Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use sensitive pregnancy, health, or relationship information for targeted advertising.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies necessary for navigation, forms, security, session management, preferences, and basic performance measurement. Browser settings may block some technologies, but doing so may affect functionality.
10. Data Retention
Webinar and newsletter records are generally kept until the person unsubscribes or requests deletion, after which a minimal suppression record may remain. Course, questionnaire, roadmap, and support records are generally kept for the access period and up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Transaction and tax records may be kept for up to 7 years. Routine security and server logs are generally kept for up to 12 months. A different period may apply when required by law or reasonably necessary for a dispute or security matter.
11. Security and Incident Response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of the business and the nature of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a security incident requires notice, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.
12. Individual Privacy Rights
Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. To submit a request, email amethodrn@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may verify identity and authority before acting and may retain information when a legal exception applies.
13. International Visitors
Anastasiya's Method is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where service providers operate. Where required, we use an appropriate lawful basis and transfer safeguards.
14. Children
The services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or services. The updated version will show a new effective date. If a change materially affects how previously collected sensitive information is used or disclosed, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
