Trust and transparency

Editorial and medical standards

Anastasiya's Method is committed to clear, practical, and responsible birth preparation education for expecting couples.

01

Who creates the education

Educational materials are created or clinically reviewed by Anastasiya Spassky, RN, founder of Anastasiya's Method. Her nursing background includes emergency medicine, NICU, pediatric ICU, and psychiatric nursing.

02

How medical claims are supported

Medical information is checked against current guidance from established sources such as ACOG, AAP, CDC, NIH, WHO, and relevant peer-reviewed research. Sources are linked when a specific medical claim or safety recommendation is presented.

03

What the program does not do

The program does not diagnose, prescribe, guarantee a birth outcome, or replace individualized care from licensed obstetric, pediatric, mental health, or emergency professionals.

04

How content is updated

Time-sensitive medical guidance is reviewed before publication and revisited when major professional recommendations change. Errors or unclear wording are corrected as soon as they are identified.

05

How partner guidance is framed

The method does not blame or diminish either partner. It gives each person practical responsibilities while protecting autonomy, consent, emotional safety, and access to professional care.

06

Emergency information

Website content is not an emergency service. Anyone with urgent symptoms or immediate safety concerns should contact local emergency services or their own medical team.

Questions or corrections

Accuracy is part of the method.
